I have the anime on my computer. I just watched an episode with Tatsuki in it two seconds ago. There wer pleanty of close ups of her head, and guess what? PURPLE.

Well I don't know what the fox doing here - I just liked vector, so (as I wrote in description) I made this wallie.
I don't know about manga, but in the anime her hair is black. Maybe you did mess something?
